Below are the policies for Baylands Guitars regarding Shipping and Returns

Returns

All sales are final. No returns unless the product arrives damaged in shipping. Any product received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of carrier delivery, or damage claim will be denied. No "cooling off" period", meaning you can't "change your mind" and ask to return the guitar after delivery.

Shipping

Free shipping on all products to the Lower 48 States (US only, excludes Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories). International orders will require a shipping quote and buyer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes incurred. Please ask for a shipping quote prior to ordering, if outside the Lower 48 US States.
